In 1983, Mr Ye Chaoying started his business by producing simple manual spring machines.

During the years of 1983 and 2000 produced the spring machines in family workshop.

In 2001, Auto spring coiler Model:SX-60 was lauched successfully which filled in the blank market at that time and greatly accelerated the development of the mattress industry in China.

In 2001, Shaoxing Huajian Mattress Machinery Factory was established and with full capacity of the production and sales of spring mattress machine and got rolling into the market.

In 2001, Auto spring assembler Model:SX-200 was successfully lauched which end the situation of the rely on imported machines only for the domestic mattresses producers.

In 2004, Shaoxing Huajian Mattress Machinery Company was established, with the support of own core technology and keeping abreast of times windows,Comprehensively promoted in the global market.

In 2005, Auto spring coiler Model:SX-80 was successfully lauched ,it was the first digital machine with capacity 80 springs/min in China and created a good foundation for further expanding in the market as a leading company in the industry.

In 2006, passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.

In 2007

-Awarded as Hi and New Tech Enterprise.

-Fully-auto transfer line for Bonell spring unit Model:SX-820 was successfully lauched by cooperation with Wells company in USA , which made a strategic sense and filled in the blank market in China.

-Zhejiang Huajian Mattress Machinery Company was established.

In 2008, Fully-auto transfer line for Pocket spring unit was successfully lauched,which open a new market in pocket springs mattress industry.

In 2009, moved to new factory with 50000㎡ which located in Shaoxing National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

In 2010

-Awarded as " Shaoxing Science and Technology".

-Awarded as "Ten best technology enterprises" .

In 2011, Party Branch and Labor Union were set up .

-Keeping the updates and develop of Fully-auto transfer line for Pocket spring unit,to be the best one around the world.

In 2016, Fully-auto transfer line for open-coil spring unit was successfully developed and filled in the blank market in China.

In 2017, Renamed as ZHEJIANG HUAJIAN INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT LTD.

Huajian consistently holds with own independent creation,research and development,have gain a number of independent patents, walk in the forefront of technological innovation in the industry,and aim at creating an internationally renowned national brand. 

In 2019,renamed as Zhejiang Huajian Intelligent Equipment Ltd.
